Please read item descriptions regarding title status of each item if applicable. 

Title: This means we have a clear transferable title in our possession and can provide it to the buyer immediately providing payment is verified.

Title Delay: This means we do not have the title in our possession but guarantee the buyer they will eventually get a clear transferable title. Please be patient and expect to wait a minimum of 60 - 90 days or longer to receive your title. If you cannot wait this long please don't bid on the items. 

No Title: This means that we do not have title, we will never have a title and we cannot help you get a title, EVER. 

We charge $40 per title to cover the additional cost of transferring and mailing titles. We only ship titles via UPS or Fedex. We will not ship titles USPS as they have a habit of losing them.

Per Arkansas State Law and the Arkansas State Police who issues our Used Auto Dealer License we MUST fill in titles to the name on the invoice. Your title and your invoice must match. We cannot nor will we leave titles "open" under any circumstances. Please don't ask.
