Payment via cash, wire transfer. Credit and debit cards accepted with 4% convenience fee added to the total.

We reserve the right to hold merchandise if paid by check from unknown buyer till check clears (two weeks).

If you write us a bad check there is a $25 returned check fee and you will be required to pay by cash, wire transfer or credit card to pay your outstanding invoice as well as all future purchases. 

Full payment is due Sat. September 20th at 5 pm central time.

Buyers Premium:

10% Buyer Premium per item capped at $2,500 max per item. 

Sales Tax:

Buyers to pay all applicable sales tax unless exempt with proper documentation.

The current sales tax rate for Cross County Arkansas is 9.5%

We are not required to collect sales tax on titled vehicles including trucks, cars, and trailers.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on side x sides, atvs, boats, campers etc.

Other Auction Fees Charged to Buyer When Applicable:

Incoming Wire Transfer Fee $15 / Domestic, $40 / International

Title Fee $40.00

Failure to pay your invoice on time, returned payments etc. will result in bidding privileges being revoked permanently.
