We as the auction company do not do in depth inspections on ANY equipment. This is a consignment auction with often dozens if not hundreds of individual consignors bringing in equipment from all over. We are seeing most of this equipment for the first time days or at most a few weeks before the auction. We do not know the history or in depth information about any items.

A basic visual determination by our check in crew is made to only see whether a motorized item runs and / or moves. We do NOT take machines out in the field and run them for hours.

We do not determine condition, usability or mechanical soundness. This includes leaks, batteries, blowby, lights, smoke, ptos, 3 point hitches, hydraulics, noises, rust, dings, dents, other damages, flat tires, glass breakage, electronics etc.

If an item that should start and run doesn't run or should move under it's own power and doesn't move it will be listed as *INOP.

*INOP means either an engine doesn't run or a transmission doesn't move or there is some other major problem that keeps a machine from running or moving.

Again, this doesn't mean that a machine that runs and moves is completely problem free, only that it will start and move.

If we know something we will list it. We don't have x-ray vision neither are we mechanics.

Please do your own inspection.

We offer multiple days of in person inspection, take lots of photos, videos of running equipment and expect all buyers to do their own due diligence make their own decisions and bid accordingly.

If you call and ask a specific question we will do our best to answer it. HOWEVER...

Please don't call and ask our staff "Is that a good tractor?" We really have no way to know once you get it home and plow 40 acres what will happen. We simply can't predict the future. Too bad, that would be awesome.

We do not give full or partial refunds on any auction items especially for buyer's remorse.

Bids are legally binding contracts in the State of Arkansas. Failure to abide by our auction terms, make payment in a timely fashion will result in the termination of your bidding privileges permanently.
