We can sell one piece or the whole farm from our place or yours!

Auction Pickup at our Cherry Valley, Headquarters will be Wed. May 28th - Sat. May 31st 9 am to 5 pm.

We ask all trucks be on-site by 4 pm as we close the gate at 5 pm.

All other Off-Site items will be by appointment only. Please see individual item descriptions for details.

10% Buyer Premium per item capped at $2,500 max per item. Buyer to pay any applicable sales tax unless exempt with proper documentation.

All items sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever. Buyer is expected to inspect to their own full satisfaction before bidding.
