Auction Closing / Extended Bidding
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final Sales Price. All applicable taxes will be assessed based on the sum of the sales price and buyer's premium.
This is an online only timed auction.
Extended Bidding / Soft Close:
This means that if an item gets a bid in the last minute of time remaining the bidding time will extend to allow all bidders time to get their bids in.
We are not responsible for internet or connectivity issues. We highly recommend putting in a pre-bid and not waiting till the last second to place your bid as many folks have missed purchasing an item by trying to beat the clock. With a soft-closing, bidding time extension, auction there is not benefit to waiting to the last second to bid.
Bids begin closing at 6 pm central time Tuesday November 18th, 2025 with approximately 3 items selling every two minute interval.
Linked items:
This means that similar items may be linked together so that if one item in the group gets a bid they all get extended. This allows someone trying to purchase a group of similar items an opportunity to bid on all items in the group without losing part of the group due to time elapsing.

Auction Pickup at our Cherry Valley, Headquarters will be Wed. Nov. 19th - Sat. Nov. 22nd 9 am to 5 pm.
We ask all trucks be on-site by 4 pm as we close the gate at 5 pm. With the time change we will NOT load trucks after dark.
All other Off-Site items will be by appointment only. Please see individual item descriptions for details.

Payment via cash, wire transfer. Credit and debit cards accepted with 4% convenience fee added to the total.
We reserve the right to hold merchandise if paid by check from unknown buyer till check clears (two weeks). If your bank cannot or will not verify your check over the phone we recommend you send a wire transfer or bring cash if you want to pickup your items immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We reserve the right to charge all cards on file for merchandise not paid for by the listed payment deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS!
$40 title fee charged to buyer per titled item. Per Arkansas State Police Used Auto Dealer law ALL Titles must be filled out to buyer name on invoice.
